Shipping Policy

Please note, that our delivery durations are estimated and we can’t always guarantee them to be accurate since they depend solely on the service providers.
When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a tracking code that you can use to track where your order is at https://www.track-trace.com/ For Air Shipment, For Courier and Sea Shipment, we will send tracking Number with Carrier once confirmed.

DELIVERY POLICY
Please allow 1 to 5 business days for your order to be shipped.

Order delivery from ​NAVCOM SOLUTION is estimated to take 3-10 days for Air Shipment. And 10 to 40 Days for Sea Shipment.
Please understand that the time frame does NOT include our shipping and processing time range ( 1 to 5 business days ). Once you receive shipment confirmation, allow up to 2 weeks by AIRFREIGHT & 5 Weeks By SEA FREIGHT for your order to arrive.

Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email containing the tracking number along with the carrier information for your package. Keep in mind that tracking may not become available within the first 48 hours of shipment. If this is the case, you’ll receive a separate email containing the tracking information once available.

Important: While we do everything in our power to deliver successfully and within the schedule, please bear in mind there’s always a risk of your order not arriving at your doorstep in time.

*THIS DOES NOT MEAN YOU’LL LOSE YOUR PURCHASE. In most cases, NAVCOM SOLUTION is able to deliver within the estimated delivery dates, but events such as holidays, sales, weather conditions, etc, may affect our shipping/delivery time. In extreme cases, orders may take up to 60 days to arrive. If after 60 days, you have yet to receive your order, we will either issue a replacement or refund your money with NO questions asked.

IMPORTANT:
*Please note these are ONLY estimated delivery times. NAVCOM SOLUTION does NOT guarantee delivery dates. We will ALWAYS do everything in our power to deliver on or before your delivery dates.

Always double-check and make sure your shipping information/address is accurate. In the event we need additional information to complete an order, ―Usually because of incorrect and/or missing information― you may be required to update your delivery information by contacting us. Issues like these may delay processing, shipment and therefore delivery of your order. NAVCOM SOLUTION is not responsible for returned items due to incorrect/incomplete shipping addresses.

*Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may also delay the estimated delivery time.

*In the event any package is returned due to incomplete/incorrect addresses or unavailability of a person to receive such package, there will be NO reshipping arrangement.
